The HMG Swing Arm is designed for HMG and MMG weapon mounts where available space is limited.
The pivoting swing arm allows the weapon station to be rotated outwards during operation, providing increased working space for the operator on boats and other compact platforms. When required, the complete weapon mount can be swung inboard, keeping the weapon clear of the vessel side during boarding operations, alongside high quays or whenever additional clearance is needed.
The swing arm is mounted on a telescopic support column, allowing the complete system to be raised by up to 220 mm. This provides easy height adjustment to suit different operators and operational requirements.
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, the HMG Swing Arm is designed for simple operation, high durability and reliable use in demanding environments.
