The Fjord Defence Skate Mount Lift is designed to provide a stable platform for safe and accurate firing of light and medium caliber machine guns, with integrated anti-aircraft capability for engagement of drones and low-altitude aerial targets. The system enables precise elevation from -20° to +60°, supporting accurate tracking and engagement in dynamic scenarios.
Built with a modular architecture, the Skate Mount Lift is compatible with Fjord Defence weapon mounts as well as other standard systems. The integrated pintle interface complies with NATO STANREC 4796 (G3 cone), ensuring flexible and rapid integration. The system is available in multiple diameter and configuration options, including full 360° azimuth or customized traverse ranges, allowing adaptation to specific platform requirements without the need for a rotating hatch.
Designed for mobility and ease of integration, the lightweight yet robust construction enables straightforward installation with minimal modifications, reducing overall system costs. The system is highly customizable and can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements and mounting constraints.
Manufactured for durability in demanding environments, the Skate Mount Lift is built in accordance with MIL-STD-810G and STANAG 2895 standards. Fjord Defence offers a range of configurations currently in serial production and deployed across multiple operational platforms.
