The Fjord Defence MMG Twin Mount for MAG58 & M240 is designed to provide a stable platform for accurate firing of two medium machine guns, either simultaneously or independently. Each weapon is supported by an integrated, independently operating recoil mitigation system, ensuring reduced peak forces and consistent high hit probability.
The mount is compatible with all M240 variants and features a compact, narrow design that provides a wide range of motion. It offers elevation up to +60° and depression down to -40°, with an adjustable depression limiter featuring 1° resolution for precise control.
The system utilizes a STANREC 4796 interface for flexible integration and includes an ammo box holder compatible with M2A1, M19A1, or a combination of both. A brass and link collector bag prevents spent casings and links from entering the vehicle or vessel.
